The LD3D is designed for dirt and low-grip racing environments, providing a competitive edge for racers seeking high performance. This LD3D variant of Schumacher's 1/10th 2WD racing buggy lineup incorporates a specialized 'Layback' transmission that moves the motor 6mm more rearward, optimizing it for low-grip dirt and wet astro tracks. Its features are meticulously tailored to excel under challenging conditions. The LD3D's updated motor mount, smaller idler gear, RF (Rear Front) alloy strap, gear shield, and rear hub with inserts all combine to greatly increase rear grip and allow the rear end to follow the front end effortlessly. Additionally, it includes longer rear CVD driveshafts measuring 69.5mm, -2.00mm rear hex, yellow wheels, and wide 2WD front wheels. These enhancements empower the LD3D to deliver superior control and performance, ensuring that racers are well-prepared for the unique demands of loose track competitions.
