SHIPPING Limitations

  • FREE Shipping option, we ship orders using the most reliable and economic method of our choice based on size, value, and location. We use USPS and FedEx Ground/Home Delivery for our shipping services.
  • Currently, we only ship within the Continental USA, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other US Protectorate customers please Call/Text 407-634-8909 or email [email protected] so we can quote you shipping to your location. 
  • The FREE Shipping option does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other US Protectorate customers.
  • Please Note All Oversized items and orders (bodies, vehicles, or total order size) will be shipped using our preferred shipping method (UPS or FedEx Ground/Home Delivery) no matter what service you select. 
  • P.O. Box Shipping is Not Permitted on Large Kits and Oversized orders (a physical home or business address is required to process your order).
  • Please Note we  DO NOT SHIP to APO/FPO Address or FREIGHT FORWARDERS  your order will automatically be canceled.
  • Due to the varying sizes of R/C products and Kits, some items and orders may require additional shipping charges if so we will contact you for the additional charges before we ship your order. 


(Although we may be processing orders, we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays). You will have several shipping options to choose from through United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). With USPS, we use delivery confirmation and packages are insured. UPS shipments have tracking and are insured.

Pricing for shipping options will be presented before you finish your checkout. All the items in our store are weighed properly so when you check out, it will calculate shipping charges for you based on total order weight.


  • USPS First Class mail for orders under 1 lb. (estimated delivery time 2-9 business days)
  • USPS Priority Mail for any weight order  (estimated delivery time 2-5 business days)
  • FedEx Ground service for any weight order  (estimated delivery time 1-7 business days)
  • UPS Ground service for any weight order  (estimated delivery time 1-7 business days)

EXPRESS Shipping: (UPS 2 Day and other Express Services) Due to daily shipping volume there is no guarantee that express orders will go out the same day the order is placed, we will try our best. We can not Guarantee Delivery service and times and as such there are NO REFUNDS on express shipping services.

All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours in most cases shipped the same day when ordered before 1 pm East Coast time.



  • Please contact us prior to making a return
  • Items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be in new and unused condition in the original unopened package and purchased from Michael's RC Hobbies
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • All refunds / returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee
  • Please enclose a copy of your invoice/packing slip along with a brief reason for the return and your contact phone number
  • Refunds will be complete once the item has been returned and inspected. Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.

Damaged Package Claims:

If you have received your order, and your package was damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your package. Customers with damaged packages can file a claim directly with us. Please keep all packaging (box, packing paper, etc.) for verification purposes. We will most likely request the damaged product(s) be shipped back to us for verification.

Lost Package Claims

If you have not received your order, and feel your package may be lost, please contact us.

If your package tracking says Delivered please wait for 24hrs and or contact your neighbors as many times the carrier left the package with them.

If your package is in fact lost, we will either replace the package, credit your account for the full amount, or offer you a refund for the full amount of the order.

Before we can file a claim for a lost package, we must allow the U.S. Postal Service, UPS, or other carriers full allotted time for delivery. Here is the timetable for tracing lost packages:

UPS Ground - 4 business days from the expected delivery day
USPS Priority Mail - 10 business days from the expected delivery day
USPS First Class Mail - 10 business days from the expected delivery day

Please allow us 5-7 business days to contact the shipping carrier regarding your missing package. The claim process can take up to 30 days for the carrier to investigate and process. 

If your package says Delivered and the carrier deems it was indeed delivered you will need to contact local authorities to report a theft.

Please do not open a PayPal or a credit card claim against the order, as this will further delay the process.
