The popular 1/8th off-road Detox tire in the long-wear, warm weather O2 "Double Dot" compound. The "double dot" compounds give racers an option that provides better wear characteristics, less rolling resistance and confidence inspiring performance during warm weather or long main events. The O2 compound, labeled as the medium, is a great selection as weather continues to get warmer and the track gets more abrasive. All "double dot" compounds are intended for more demanding conditions and work well when paired to the appropriate track. 

JConcepts Tire Compound Applications:

Yellow2 (Firm - Long Wear)
Orange2 (Medium - Long Wear)
Red2 (Medium Soft - Long Wear)
Red (Medium Soft): For high groove traction with broken sections. Excels on grippy surfaces that have taken rubber.
Blue (Soft): All purpose compound. Excels in dusty, low bite conditions.
Green (Super Soft): For conditions with minimum traction. Works well on slippery, wet tracks.
Black (Mega Soft): Recommended for conditions 59° and under, or extremely loose conditions.
