The DragRace Concepts DragPak "Mid Motor" Slash Street Eliminator Drag Race Conversion Kit Combo includes the DRC "Slider" mid motor wheelie bar, carbon shock towers and rear shock tower mount, allowing you to convert a 2wd Traxxas Slash chassis into a no prep dominator.
The mid motor configuration utilizes a reverse transmission mounting position that puts the motor in front of the rear shock tower, and closer to the centerline to create a chassis with a more centralized weight balance. This lightweight 6oz carbon fiber chassis was developed for the serious racer that can't be satisfied with a typical Slash chassis setup. Using a combination of precision machined aluminum and carbon fiber, the DragPak system dramatically reduces weight compared to the factory plastic chassis, while the design creates a stiff and rigid platform that is perfect for high powered drag setups. Plus, the stock bell crank steering system has been upgraded with machined aluminum, dual ball bearing set up for increased control, while remaining compatible with the stock steering linkage.
