This is a optional Traxxas Aluminum Caster Block Set, and is intended for use with the Traxxas Slash 4x4 truck. These caster blocks are CNC Machined from 6061 Aluminum, and will increase the durability of the front end of the Slash 4x4, especially when paired with the Traxxas Aluminum Steering Block Set (TRA6837R)

Caster blocks (c-hubs), 6061-T6 aluminum (red-anodized), left & right

Traxxas aluminum caster blocks take an already proven design and ratchet up the toughness and durability with 6061-T6 aluminum. The hubs are carefully machined from a block of aluminum to preserve their steering and suspension geometry. The brilliant anodized finish is laser-etched with the TRX logo to add high-tech style to your machine.
