The shell starts with a 13" wheelbase design which aligns with the latest LMT, and long wheelbase RC monster trucks on the market. In today's racing, the 13" wheelbase remains one of the most popular and the 1997 drops down on the chassis with great proportions.

JConcepts provides a decal sheet that the user can cut and trim to choose between the factory Ford look or black-out decals to cover front-end facia. The drop bed gives a wide range of area for the user to mount the body and the long bed resembles the 8-foot-long bed used on a Ford work truck. Included in each package, a cab spoiler and visor which can be cut, trimmed, and mounted to the finished product. The items can be either attached with double sided tape or light-weight hardware (not included) for best durability.
