CRC’s new Low Profile rubber (LPR) tires for 1/10th onroad and oval racing. These tires develop high traction with the “racy” low profile design and high grip rubber. The lateral grip force is very high! The 2.15″ diameter (54.5mm) matches popular foam tire sizes so it is very easy to go from foam to rubber tire racing. The CRC GT wheel is race proven, very durable with a proper front bearing fit.

This is a belted tire with an air gap and foam insert, with no truing needed (or allowed).  LPR tires work great for oval, road, or F1 racing!

CRC introduced rubber tire racing to the world of 1/10th oval and on-road cars back in 2015. For years, our GT-R rubber tires defined a new segment in 1/10th RC racing. Now, CRC's new LPR tire (low profile rubber) line raises the bar in performance and ease of use. The low profile design generates massive side grip, creating "foam like" corner speeds. In addition, the small 2.15" (54.5mm) diameter nearly matches the typically tire size used in foam tire racing. This allows racers to easily try rubber tire racing by using the same bodies and ride height settings from foam to rubber.

The LPR generates high grip and massive corner speed nearly replicating foam tire performance. LPR tires have great durability with tires lasting and performing the same race after race, pack after pack. The LPR tire uses the same GT wheel that has proven to be true and durable with great bearing and hub fit for over 10 years.
